Adan that's not true walaal and you know it, I've got plenty of friends from s-land and I can with a doubt say most of them use skin bleeching products. Even a good friend of mine went to S-land this summer and told me about the how immense the usage of skin bleeching products is. The usage in the South isn't not even close to be as big as the North. It's really sad that some people can't be content with what Allah (swt) gave them. All skin tones are beautiful, who gets to say one looks better than the other?

You know I never thought about it before. I have 2 neighbors from djibouti and they also put bleaching cream on their face.
When I lived in Saudi I use to laugh at the Saudi women because some of them looked funny. I remember going to a salon and a woman was getting married. She was getting her hair and make up done, let me tell you she looked freaky. Her face was whiter than mine while the rest was dark.
People need to be happy with what Allah has given them. White people get darker by getting tans and perming their hair. While some darker skin girls straighten their hair and dye their skin.
