hey guyz at slife.
i dont normally post and wenever i wanna do i post some few poems.
anywayz, i was wondering are these all topics posted useful?
on the other hand do u guyz think da site shld allow topics dat r nt intellectual be posted? i mean no badness n let anybody nt take it personal.

Topics are getting boring now, it's not as good as it use to be....but anywho since wen did you post poems. I have yet to see one....lool.....by the way..you got what you deserved

I don't think that he was referring the poems to being intellectual..what he means is...there aren't many topics, that are useful perhaps,inspiring...topics that are worth making comments, or perhaps..something that would enlighten us. There just not good as they use to be.

Answering the title question 'the best forum topic ever posted?':

The creater of this particular thread is not around anymore- she was an older member from the 'old' Somalilife.

The title of her thread was 'Father & Daughter'. It was about her relationship with her father, the hardship she went through while he was ill *May allah bless his soul*, how early she use to get up, travel from SouthEast London to North London and back just to give him breakfast, lunch and dinner on time. How strong she was knowing that her father's soul might be taken- how she felt after his death and how weak she was at the funeral, seeing all of her six brothers cry which broke her down, on her knee.

This thread was three replys long *bare in mind the old Somalilife's comment box could contain more words than this can*. I cried wallahi, it was such a heartbreaking story- this sister was very very strong masha'allah. I dont think I'll forget that thread EVER, it showed how meriful she was, the patients she had and what a GREAT relationship between a parent and a daughter/son should be like no matter what.

This girl use to help her father pray while he was lying the down, he could barely move- her family did not agree with what she was doing but still she helped him pray. Subxan'allah.

Jayda was her username. All of her threads where superb!
