Remember Death When we pray for recovery from our illness, we should not forget to ask for Allah's mercy in case our illness is just a prelude to our departure. The best thing to ask for is Shahada for the Prophet (S.A.W.) said: "He who truthfully asks Allah for Shahada, Allah will grant him the rank of a Shahid, even if he died on his bed." (Muslim). Seek Allah's forgiveness more and particularly hasten to write your will if you have not done so. Return people's rights that are in your possession or leave words regarding them in your will. Do not wish for death Regardless of how severe your sickness may be, do not wish or pray for death. Abbas (R.A.), the uncle of the Prophet (S.A.W.) was suffering from an illness and voiced his wish for death. The Prophet (S.A.W.) said to him: "My uncle, do not wish for death. If you have been doing good, extending your term is better for you as it enables you to do more good; and if you have been sinful, delaying your term is better for you, as it enables you to repent from your sins. So do not wish for death." (Haakim) However, if your suffering becomes so severe as to make it inevitable for you to wish for death, then you should rather say: "Oh Allah, let me live as long as life is better for me; let me die when death is better for me; let life be a means for me to increase in all that is good; and let death be a rest for me from all evil". (Bukhari). thank you everyone inshaullah read and try to understabd plz thanx again and may ALLAH(SWT) BLESS YOU ALL INSHAULLAH

As Salaamu Alaikum: hadiths: Ali ibn Abu Talib said: Fatimah and I came to the Prophet for a visit and we found him weeping bitterly. I said to him: "May my father and mother be ransomed for you, O Messenger of Allah! What makes you weep?" He replied: 'O Ali, during the night journey to the Heavens, I saw of my Ummah being punished in various ways, and I am weeping at the severity of their punishment. 1. I saw a woman hanging by her hair and her brain boiling; 2. another woman was hanging by her tongue and hot liquid was being poured down her throat; 3. another woman's feet clung to her breats and her hands to her forehead, and snakes and scorpions were stinging her; 4. another one was hanging by her breasts; 5. another woman whose head was that of a pig and whose body was that of a donkey, was being punished in a thousand different ways; 6. and another woman was in the form of a dog, and fire was going into her mouth and coming out of her anus, and the angels were hitting her with hammers of fire.' Fatimah stood up and said: 'O father, what were the deeds of these woman for which they suffer such punishment?' He replied: 'O daughter, 1. as for the one who was hanging by her hair, she did not cover her hair in front of men; 2. the one who was hanging by her tongue used to annoy her husband 3. and the one hanging by her breasts use to defile her husband's bed; 4. the one whose feet were tied to her breasts and her hands to her forehead, and snakes and scorpions were stinging her, did not wash herself after sexual intercousre or finishing menstruation, and she made fun of prayer; 5. the one with a pig's head and a donkey's body use to carry around slanderous tales; 6. and the one in the form of a dog , with fire going into her mouth and coming out of her anus, use to be envious and to recount her favors to others
